Cameltoe is slang for the outline of a woman's labia majora in tightly fitting clothes. Owing to a combination of anatomical factors and the tightness of the fabric covering the area, the crotch and mons pubis may display a shape resembling the forefoot of a camel. Camel toe commonly occurs as a result of wearing tight-fitting clothes, such as shorts, hotpantS or swimwear. Cameltoe could be very embarrassing and that is why it’s good to always take precautions.

Wear fabrics that flatter

A major way in which you can prevent a camel toe is by wearing bottoms made with the right type of fabric. Leggings and yoga pants are types of clothes that are most likely to cause a camel toe. However, we won't dissuade you from wearing either. All we suggest is that you invest in a good pair. Make sure the fabric of your yoga pants or leggings is thicker and not flimsy. Flimsy fabric tends to take the shape of the splits near your lady- parts thus causing the camel toe. A thick fabric with wider waist band provides better hold and won't creep into crevices as if to form a click. You can also go in for yoga pants with a lined crotch or double fabric crotch.

Use them panty liners

If you know you are wearing a fabric that is prone to causing camel toe, then make use of a panty liner to create your very own camel toe shield. To make this shield you must place your panty liner horizontally on your panty as opposed to the regular vertical placement. Then just wrap the rest of the liner below the seat of your panty. This method should give you three layers of protection against the awful camel toe. And if this proves to be uncomfortable for you, you can always try wearing it in the regular fashion, it might still be effective.
